Is the new rhode lip liners worth it ?
Rhode has a beautiful line of products that have all gone viral for the best reasons , however hailey in her latest launch has taken it down a notch. She did have a big laucnh party with a a crowd of influencers but it didn't change the fact that her lip liner weren't up to expectation, for $92.00 (₹ 7,912) both Indians and Americans can get better lipliners. my top lip liner recommendations would be from these brands:
